making a new profile from an old one
I've been riding with my 1st profile, and am very pleased with the metrics it is producing, but I want to make a new one with my summer gear/wheels. If I'm not mistaken, all I have to do is coastdowns. But I can't seem to find the instructions of how to put it all together. Do I copy profile 1, send...

Any way I can get a spread sheet of the intervals, so I can just load them myself in my Aero? I now wish I had purchased the Pro model for this reason alone. The CdA features are nice, but I'm a rookie, so the training program is more important to me. I purchased a Sport for my wife at the same time...

Training intervals
Is there any way to get a copy of the training intervals from a isport or ipro, so I can load them into my iAero?

power disappears
I love my new iAero, it is way more than I expected it to be, and fun to use. I have experienced a problem on my last two rides. Everything records find, and appears on the screen in an orderly fashion, but when I download to my computer the power disappears (after showing up for one second)! I can ...

Re: Training set up question
Don't you think perceived exertion and heart rate are a little too subjective for subtle adjustments like you propose, ie. compact v/s regular cranks? Wouldn't objective numbers taken off your trainer, or on the track with an iBike be a better solution? If you are really serious about what you propo...
