Ironically, I just logged on to the board for the same reason. I know the USB connection is there because the PP was blinking while charging, but it will not connect to the Isaac software. I will contact support as recommended unless there is another suggestion.
Cheers,
John

Re: Power Dropping out and full ride not recorded
Does this also account for the gear ratio changes and the high speed transients that appear throughout the ride? I still don't understand how the rest of the miles from the ride are missing.

Power Dropping out and full ride not recorded
I went for an easy spin today, (recovery), on my fixed gear single speed. The recorded milage is about 10 miles short of reality and if you look at the file my speed jumps around while my cadence is steady. During the ride power was very often at zero when I looked down and would sporadicly come and...

Trainer Mode On/Off ?
I have addressed this before and have attempted the proposed fix to no avail. This week in a turn of bad weather I resorted to riding my rollers. I turned on the trainer mode mounted the PP and it obviously was not in trainer mode. After re-connecting and turning trainer mode on again, it worked. Tw...

Re: dynamic smoothing on powerpod
PP defaults to dynamic smoothing. Set your Garmin to watts, not 3sec. It will save a lot of confusion.

Re: No Power Displayed or Recorded
I has always had to screw the bolt in all the way through, like it was slightly misaligned. As far as the tab goes, I agree, I wasn't sure but you confirmed it. Only guess I have is that it has been vibrated pretty well, our wonderful roads around here need some help. Where it's best to ride are som...

Re: No Power Displayed or Recorded
Understand all regarding movement in the mount. Ironically, I was having the exact opposite problem before. That is to say that in previous rides the power would be high due to the PP believing I was going upslope. As it settled the power would normalize. As Requested, here are three pics of the mou...

No Power Displayed or Recorded
I went out this morning to ride, connected my PP to the mount woke up the sensors as confirmed on my Garmin and turned on the PP. I got a green light for go and rolled out of the driveway. My power display never left Zero. File is attached below. Any idea what is going on here? Also, I'm having a he...

Re: Powerpod and ovalised chainrings
Pete, Not sure if this is what you are after. Two snapshots from separate rides, one with round ring and one with Rotor Q-Rings. Worth noting that the Q-rings are on my Tandem, so nearly 350lbs on the roll. This bike also has the newer Garmin cadence sensor that doesn't have a mounted magnet so I've...

Re: Out front Combo mont Questions
Sorry so long for me to respond as well... I probably said too much and made it confusing. Plus I barely know what I'm taking about. BLUF, I'm wondering if my data is too negatively effected by running a combo mount on two of my bikes, the Fixie & FX2? The FX2 is the #2 Profile that is combo mou...

Out front Combo mont Questions
Mr. Hamann I have all 4 profiles filled with bikes. It took me a while and some reading through posts to figure out only one profile was compatible with the combo mount. Problem is I have to bikes with K-Edge combo mounts. Is there any real problem with running both bikes withe the combo? Is the Dat...

Re: Powerstroke not available with my latest data
Thanks, I'll use that from time to time just to see if I'm improving. I really prefer to ride outside if WX permits. Committing to a training plan based on power so I really need to use that most of the time. I really hope you guys include PS in the trainer mode in a future FW update. So, any idea w...

Re: Powerstroke not available with my latest data
Mr Hamman, As requested I've posted a ride file from a session on my Krietler Rollers. 22 miles I think, and if you look at the ride as two halves its clear that my spinning was suffering at the end. True, the fore and aft is very limited on the Krietlers but it did pick up some fore/aft motion. I'm...

Re: Powerstroke not available with my latest data, Trainer I
Mr Hammon, I have used the Powerstroke data from a roller ride and found it very helpful. In particular, when late in the workout and fatigue has set in. As with all of us my pedal stroke suffers mightily. I'm on stationary rollers now but recently purchased E-Motion rollers that do allow movement f...
