I've just spoken to Royal Mail Parcel Force, and they have not received the item for delivery.

I purchased a PowerPod from the website on the 19th May. The PowerPod was duly dispatched, but it has been showing as 'Departed' from London, Heathrow since last Sunday, with no further movement.
