Yes was head wind on my 20 min FTP and on the 20 min section it's say my norm power was 271. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Ok understand thanks. So do I add the new rides to Isaac and save to my PP and all settings are adjusted so I have to make no more changes? John is there something wrong with my post asking for help to get my powerpod giving realistic numbers as reading to high watts.

I ask as you have completely ignored my post and you have dealt with other posts newer than mine.

Have new Powerpod been on 2 rides and watts showing to high, is there anything I can do to get normal readings.

I the ride there was 3 of us and I was drafting for some time.

I have also added a 5 mile out and back ride.
