I did a out and back ride and then went for a longer ride, with an adjustment in weight of the bike.

thank you John for your quick reply. during the ride I tempered a lot with the pod so thats why the numbers are all over the place. but after the calibration i did nothing to it and just saw the lower watt numbers and i can imagine them beig so much lower just by increasing my weight with a few kilo...

my scale was a bit to nice to me.. so had to adjust my weight with a few kilos in my profile. the pod calibrated but then my power seemed way lower then before the weight update... during the ride i stopped the pod a few times so there are some holes i did a isaac calibration but not sure if this is...

yes it is updated. and in the old firmware it was the other way around. cobblestones = high watts
