You have inadvertently "calibrated" your PowerPod while at rest. This is OK, but the first 8 minutes of your next ride will show wacky watts. Then, the power level will correct itself automatically. Please download and install Isaac software, available for free from ibikesports.com. After...

OK, so the above steps were all successful, which is good news. Did you let PP climb all the way to 100W? The instructions said to let it count to 10W, then STOP. Please confirm...
