the PP doesn't show any light after i disconnect from the usb cable and pressing the button.

I just bought a powerpod ant+ /ble version and can't power up after removing from power source. Tried holding the button for 10 sec and reset the device through isaac, still the same. leaving it to charge but not showing any light (i presume is fully charged).
