Re: Multiple Issues
John, when you get a chance, I'd be happy if you could take a look at the following ride files. The 19 mile file is the full ride and the smaller 12 mile portion is the out and back portion of my ride. I didn't do an O&B calibration (I'll do that next time) but when I use the Isaac software to c...

Config Tweaks
Now that everything works on both bikes, I was wondering how important it is for everything to be configured "just right". The big thing is weight. How close is close enough? I know how much my bike and gear all weigh together. I know how much I weigh, how much my shoes and kit weigh. But ...

Re: Multiple Issues
Please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com Tom will get you going. John, thank you SO MUCH for hooking me up with Tom. We went over email and I finally have both my road bike and my TT bike connected to the PowerPod successfully. The trick seemed to be that I had to manually set an empty profile fo...

Re: Multiple Issues
I know it's been a while but I wanted to give an update here on this. As much as I wanted to do all of this over the summer, and the set up is really pretty painless, I was training for IMWI and most days I couldn't afford to waste a single minute of time since I was trying to keep my training as lo...

Re: Multiple Issues
John, I've tried following your advice and wiped my power pod to default and started over. I was able to pair to my road bike last weekend and with the default accuracy, everything looked pretty good. This morning I tried taking it out on my tri bike and when I tried pairing, it did not seem to work...

Re: Multiple Issues
John, I appreciate the advice here. Starting over is what I did do once already but I'm happy to do it again. I don't quite have the time yet to do the "Best Accuracy" ride but I'd like to at least get the device paired correctly. I'll update once I have this all done. It may take me about...

Multiple Issues
I've had my Power Pod since January and I've had issues on and off that have really prevented me from fully realizing the benefits of power-based training. 1. I seem to have a hard time getting everything calibrated correctly. I have a road bike and a tt bike and I have never seen values on the bike...

Re: Calibration when Swapping Bikes
That does help. I'll have to look at the mount I'm using on my tri bike to see how that works because I'm using the GoPro Pro handlebar mount. It's the only thing that fits on my bars along with my other equipment. However, I think I'm going to put an alignment mark on the mount and PP. That should ...

Re: Calibration when Swapping Bikes
John, I really appreciate the quick response. I actually have a really great spot for my out and back calibration so I will do that. I just want to clarify, since my question pertained more to how precisely I need to make sure the device itself is mounted on the bike after it's been calibrated for t...

Calibration when Swapping Bikes
I have a general question about how this works when swapping between bikes. I have this set up on my road bike and tri bike and I split my riding between both pretty evenly. What I'm curious about is how precisely should the PowerPod be installed onto each bike when I move it? I know I want to be as...
