no ride files to download
Hi, My PowerPod has been running well for just over 3 years, but on a ride this weekend I received a battery low message on my Wahoo ELEMNT head unit shortly after starting a ride and during the ride of about 4 hours the the power reading (5s average) went to 0. When I took the PowerPod to retrieve ...

How long should an O&B calibration take?
Hi, I've just moved my PowerPod to a second bike and have followed the instructions to use a second profile and perform a Better Accuracy (Out and Back) calibration ride. When I do the calibration ride it counts up to 50 stops I turn around and finishes all OK. However, the distance I cover and the ...

Power reading dropped to zero in mid-ride and then picked up again
Hi, I've been using the PowerPod very successfully for some time now, but in a ride yesterday the power readings in the ibr file dropped to zero after about 42km, stayed at zero until around 72km and were then fine for the remainder of the ride. The PowerPod is mounted out front of my bars on undern...

Re: How to cancel Out and Back Calibration
Thanks John. Is there anyway to get back to just go for a ride mode or will it always go back to the ready for calibration, solid yellow?

How to cancel Out and Back Calibration
I've accidentally put my PowerPod into Out and Back Calibration mode. Well when I say accidentally, what I really mean is I went through all the steps carefully, but now want to cancel it. How can I do this?

Out and back straight road required?
When attempting and out and back calibration ride, does the road have to be straight? I'm not sure I can find a straight road where I can ride for five/six minutes. What impact, if any, does a non straight road have on the calibration?

Re: Correct procedure for recording a ride
Thanks for the suggestion. Your comments got me sorted out. For whatever reason the date stamp was 01_12_2017, but I found the ride. I've also explicitly sent the date form the PC to the PowerPod - hopefully successfully this time - next ride will tell. One final question regarding dates. Is it poss...

Correct procedure for recording a ride
I've had my PowerPod for a few weeks now, calibrated and working on some rides I've done - all looking good. On my last ride, however, nothing was recorded - no file stored in the PowerPod. During the ride power was being displayed on my Wahoo ELEMNT cycle computer. Any ideas what may have gone wron...
