lots of these on this forum when you search for the lack of connection, and all I see is please email technical support? What is the actual solution?

Tried reinstalling the software on 2 different pcs. also tried numerous USB cords. Last weekend on a ride it started to work intermittingly. Anyone with any ideas? Bought it about October last year. Was working ok up till about 2 months ago.
