If I try to apply this profile to a long ride I did and it decreases my avg power from 190 to about 90 which I am sure it is way too low, even for my age and especially for the effort I put into that ride. ...

Your ride files all look fine, and the calibrations are all good. This is easy to see because your wind speed is approximately the same as your bike speed, as it should be for an out-and-back ride. I go out on a ride with PP recording, Than I reach the place I want to do a calibration. As PP is still recording and do not want to wait till it goes automatically on hybernation, how do I stop the recording and start O&B calibration? This is where I am not sure.
