I've not been able to get out and make further tests with my AeroPod with the winter weather and other commitments. I pressed the lap button on my Garmin and the SRM reconnected

The extra lap markers are at 7.9 miles, 9.9 miles and 12 miles where I did not press the lap button on my Garmin and when viewing the data on Garmin Connect there is no extra lap markers
