New app will not pair to my sensors. Garmin speed and cadence sensors. PowerPod is paired and recognizes sensors. Android 12 phone???

Window 7 Service Pack 1 install error on a Windows 10 machine
I'm trying to reinstall Issac after a windows update install wiped out my computer. This is the second time around for this. The first it installed but after the second I'm getting a This Installation requires Windows 7 Service Pack1 or Later. I'm on a windows 10 machine???

Yup, that worked. Would not load Issac with the Chrome Browser. Worked with the Edge browser.

Issac Windows download link not working??
My computer had a hard down and I'm reinstalling software. I have not been able to download ISSAC from the link supplied on the Velocomp web page.
Is there a problem???

Thanks John, The information was very helpful. I had understood longer O&B rides were more accurate but things have changed. I had the original ibike and then the Newton. There was a wind sensor calibration that I guess is no longer used and is calibrated internally?

I am using Garmin sensors. The Speed Sensor is mounted on the front hub. Good to know check calibration is only good on an out and back. Thx for the check on the ftp file. I wont do another test for a couple of months. Did you have a chance to look at the second file after the PP was re calibrated b...
