Re: Interval Training 2x20, User Mode
I do not want to create a new thread, so I'll just ask here. Last tuesday a went for intervals, did a 2x20' 283/273np. Today I did a 1x20' at 320w and a 1x30' at 317w. I am uploading the files to some one check if there is something off the readings today. I felt pretty good today, but it is kind a ...

Re: Interval Training 2x20, User Mode
Coach, that's exactly what happened. We have very strong and crazy winds down here in Fortaleza.
Thanks, I have been using the Analise route feature wrongly.

Re: Interval Training 2x20, User Mode
Thanks Fernando, I just did what you said, and returned to the original download. Now it is showing exactly what I did during the ride. Feels better for the data, but worst for the poor avg watts, reality is a hard  Got an elevation of 29m on Google, ibike found 34. It changed very little on th...

Re: Climbing numbers?
When I had an edge 305, I could setup the % of climb that the computer would accumulate. For example, only accumulate ramps over 2%, all the rest below 2% was not considered elevation gain. iBike accumulates all.

Re: Interval Training 2x20, User Mode
Thank you for the tips. I will turn off the auto analysis option. The drop in power was not the issue(second interval). Just the readings ON the bike and ON the software later. Is there any tip on where I can find the real elevation I start my ride? Google Earth? I will do those intervals again tomo...

Interval Training 2x20, User Mode
Friends, I am starting on the interval training routine(have been using the unit just for learning on the beginning). So I went for a ride today to do 2x20 minutes interval, I stoped and started the user interval. The first interval, the ibike gave me an average of 280w, and for the second 251w(this...

Re: Sprint power! How off?
Yes I just checked the mount, and it is tight. The place I live here (Fortaleza - Brazil), is know for the KiteSurf, windsurf paradise. So you can see that the wind is really strong. I was riding with a couple of friends. I was drafting about 70% from the minute 36 to 2h20m(the other was from and ba...

Sprint power! How off?
My friends, I've done a ride and a couple of sprints, one sitting and another full out.
The power seens fine on the entire ride, but I have friends saying my sprint output is way over the real.
Do I need to recalibrate?
Thank you.

Re: Cadence data not imported by iBike 3 for Windows
Second, you have the default factory values for aero, friction, riding tilt and wind scaling. It looks to me as if you had just put the unit on your bike and rode without doing a calibration or any coastdowns or a wind offset. This will not give you very accurate results in using the iBike. You have...

Re: Cadence data not imported by iBike 3 for Windows
Hello friends, just out on my first ride today, and I had the same problem, no Cadence shown on the ibike 3 software and no Power either, although I was getting the readings fine on the entire trip.
As I am new to this, I may be doing something wrong?
Thanks
