I got readings like this, My cadence sensor was to close to the magnet which was causing a double count every revolution or so.

Installing Aero Bars I need help
I will apologize in advance as this has probably been covered, but I have never been able to use a search engine with any success! I did try! I am putting on Aero bars! But will not be in them for the whole ride! And can not say how much of the ride will be in them or out of them! You have 2 profile...

Russ I do Thank you for your reply! I have looked in the setup on the Newton, and in Isaac, and I have not found the way to turn it off and get it to manual mode, I most likely am just missing this obvious step! Could I get this pointed out to me! It is easy to hide something from me just put it rig...

An APS Question and maybe a suggestion
I have 2 Profiles on my Newton one for riding outside, and one for the trainer! They both use the same bike. What order does the Newton look for matching ID's, to determine which profile to use? My Newton picked a different profile yesterday than the one I had previously used! If it does not already...

If I do a Cal Wind on my Newton with the 5.0 firmware! Is this stored permanently on the Newton? Or is it lost if I do say a Hard Reset, or for any other reason?
I Thank you for your help and insight!

having program remember where sensor is?
I have been using the Powerstroke option for a couple weeks now. When I down load every ride it asks me where me cadence sensor is. I have answered this question the same every time. I have gone into edit profiles - into the Powerstroke tab. It is set for Above the chainstay. Other than not using Po...

In the winter with the snow it is a bit hard for new owners to get outside and do a Set-up ride! For those who have the trainer option! Would it be possible to let us use the plans on the trainer without doing the set-up ride? It really serves no purpose that I can see on the trainer! Then When we g...

Riding a days ride over again?
Hi I receive my powerhouse in a couple days, but am curious about the following! Thought I would ask! I understand that if you do not finish a ride on a given day, you have the option to save the ride and move on or discard the ride and do it again! What if you finish the ride, but did it very bad! ...

Re: What case comes when you buy an iBike Powerhouse
Hi John
Above you said you could upgrade the Powerhouse, to a Dash + Power with a firmware key!
I can not find this option in your store on the internet!
Could you please tell me where to find this, and how to do this, and how much the upgrade will cost!
Thanks a bunch!
Chris

I am using the Garmin GSC 10 Speed/Cadence sensor! The Newton sees it fine! I do not have the GT firmware upgrade! I do not know about the Trek DuoTrap!

Nope! You can pick up the Ant + signal without the GT software! The GT firmware lets you send out the power data!

The only change I remember is: You now set the Altitude the normal way in setup/Alt this is now stored in memory! Then after that you can hit the Enviro key twice, where the altitude shows, hold the center button for 2 seconds and the Altitude you had set will be loaded! there were others but my mem...

You need to block the air intake opening. With air hitting the port it takes the Newton out of trainer mode!
