How many watts a crr difference of 0,0025 would mean?
Hi all! The reason of my question is because In order to improve my CDA measurements accuraçy, I would like to manually set crr to 0,0055 - as "advised" on FW400 owners manual. But has 0,0055 wouldn`t be exactly my Victtoria Diamante Pro (clincher) drag - I would like to know if the 0,0025...

Re: Trainer Recommendation
Fernando,
Talking about the practice itself. My advice is to do always intervals - its the best way to not get bored in a row.
My coach told me to do so and last week i´ve made one of 4 hours and 2 ou a bit more of 3hours. Did 10 minutes out of the saddle, 10 resting.

Re: iBike suitable for night rides?
There are no sound alarms, but there is something better. Target wattage for you to hold based on your own threshold wattage. You do a 20 minute test, and there are intervals built in, based on your average watts and your fitness level, that will tell you what wattage to hold and for how long. It t...

I ride in a flat area near a river or the ocean, usualy winds don´t go bellow 10 miles/h...
