Re: Follow Up: Iphone 5 iBike Dash+Power Compatability
John, Since the iPhone 5 version of the Dash+ Power won't be around soon would it be possible to trade-in the current version of the Dash+ Power Phone Booth for the Newton Powerstroke upgrade? I already own a Newton and have my PhoneBooth just sitting in a drawer; which seems like a waste. Thanks ag...

Re: iBike Dash Odometer with Multiple Bikes
John,
I had a feeling it was something like that. Thanks for the reply. It would also be nice to be able to have that separation of bike odometers for component "wear & tear" purposes.
Thanks again.

iBike Dash Odometer with Multiple Bikes
Maybe I missed this somewhere so I wanted to see if someone could help me out. I have just added a new bike to my stable and set up my existing iBike Dash with new sensors and noticed that when I checked the odometer reading in the Advanced Options section of the iBike App it still displayed the mil...

Re: Phone Booth battery Rattle
TriBike,
I put in some foam "cushions" to hold the batter in place and it seems to be working. I will keep experimenting.
Thanks for the tip.

Re: Phone Booth battery Rattle
TriBike,
Thank you. I will try your methods and see how it goes. I don't recall there being any extra foam that shipped with the unit so I will have to figure that out as well. This still seems like a design issue that needs to be addressed.
Thanks again.

Phone Booth battery Rattle
Not sure how many others are experiencing this issue with the Phone Booth. I have had this problem for a while and cannot seem to get rid of it. No matter how many times I tighten down the iPhone platform inside the Phone Booth, the screws loosen, and the spare battery rattles around losing its conn...

Re: charging is not supported with this accessory
I have been experiencing the same short-charge phenomenon without the "unsupported" message. I noticed that when I open the PhoneBooth door and push down on the battery the lightening bolt icon appears on my iPhone battery signal. When I release, the lightening bolt disappears. Trying to f...

I had already set the reference elevation when I was receiving the erroneous elevation numbers.

Mark,
That is a good point, and I did set the reference elevation prior to checking the new app version. Still showed elevation over 30000 feet.

Re: iBike app iOS5 bug fixes and new features are on the way
John, Thanks. I didn't actually go on a ride. I put my iPhone into the PhoneBooth to check to see if there was a potential firmware upgrade as well. Decided to scroll over to the Elevation screen that I have and it still was showing 31000 feet as the elevation. Thanks for taking a look at this again...

Re: iBike app iOS5 bug fixes and new features are on the way
John,
The elevation issue still exists for me. I updated to the newest iBike software that you just released, performed a tilt calc and then looked at the elevation profile. The elevation is still reading at over 31,000 feet. I live just a bit over 1300 feet above sea level.

Re: Elevation bug with iOS 5
John, Thank you. Does the elevation bug affect Power readings as well? The power readings ever since I have upgraded the firmware and to iOS 5 have been all over the place. This morning I noticed that when I was sprinting in an area where I would normally show between 400 - 500 watts my Dash was sho...

Re: fix bad data
I am having a similar issue from a ride today. Have two significant power spikes when descending. I was recording the entire ride without stopping and I had just downloaded the new firmware and performed a tilt calc prior to the ride.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Dash External Battery Issue
John,
Thank you for the reply. My external battery was fully charged prior to riding and my iPhone was at 85%.
If my iPhone is fully charged the external battery will sit idle until needed, is that correct?

just began using my Dash + Power after a couple of years of iBike Pro usage. Have an strange issue with the Dash external battery. I have noticed that after 20 minutes of riding or so my iPhone 4 stops charging off of the Dash external battery. When I open the Phone Booth and put some pressure on th...

Do I need more Coast Downs?
Just upgraded my iSport to an iPro and was able to download my Cal Ride and Coast Down data for the first time. I've attached the Cal Ride that I am using for my profile as well as the first ride (it's short) I have done since upgrading. Does everything look OK and/or should I do more Coast Downs? T...

Outside Temperature Affect
I couldn't find any answers for my question on the board, but please point me to another thread if it exists. Went for a ride this morning and the temp was around 40 degrees F. I noticed that my iBike Sport was not registering a wattage reading at all for at least 5 minutes. I am assuming the tilt w...
