Can't accept profile and send to ibike - help please

Post by iansutton »

Hello,
Tonight I did my calibration rides + 4 mile ride. When I go to download my coast-downs and calibration rides, The software does not let me accept the calibration and send it to my ibike. However, when I select a different ride, not the one I did after my coast-downs, it will let me accept the calibration ride. I have attached an image of both scenarios. Please let me know if I can provide any further information.

Best,

Ian

It's because you have a riding tilt of -9.0. This is causing you to have a negative crr. Physically, it's impossible to have a negative crr so it's not allowed to be sent to the iBike.

I would recommend redoing your coastdowns and 4 mile ride. It looks as if you didn't get a good tilt calibration before you did this one.

I'm still having trouble with getting a negative value for my crr. I do a til calibration and it shows +.4 and -.4 respectively, yet when I go out and do my coast downs and calibration ride, I'm getting a riding tilt of -14%. This is getting both really frustrating and time consuming. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this?

Thanks
