AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I may have posted on this before, because I have had the problem for some time...forgive me if I did.

My Gen III will not hold a connection with the wireless sensor.

I have to reload the profile every time I want to ride and if I stop and the ibike turns off I lose the connection and it cant be found again until I reload the profile from the desktop.

This occurs on both profile 1 and profile 2 and it occurs on three different bikes with three different wireless mounts and three different sensors.

I am using Garmin sensors and have the latest firmware, but it was doing it with prior firmware as well.

Has anyone got any input on this issue? Thanks.

You're welcome to send your iBike and mount to us so we can take a peak.

Profile information, including wireless IDs, is stored in non-volatile memory.
