Isaac 2.7 with maps has been released! Here are the release notes:

Maps are now shown with the ride track if you have GPS data in your ride file. Terrain maps from Google Maps are shown as an underlay with the ride GPS track.

You can now make the new Peaks graph and GPS track plot larger. When you resize the overall window, the splitter between those graphs and the main graph repositions itself proportionally. NOTE: You can also grab the splitter to reposition it as you like.

If you double-click a peak in the list of peaks, Isaac zooms in to the section of the ride. You can also right-click (control-click on Mac) to zoom out or send the peak to Google Earth. There is also a new X button to deselect a peak.

You can now click and drag on the new GPS graph in order to select a portion of the ride. Right-click (control-click on Mac) to zoom or send to Google Earth.

This is fantastic! Thanks very much. Ability to resize the panes is great. Also ability to highlight sections of the ride on the map and view the stats is extremely useful.

As a suggestion for next upgrade, perhaps if we can zoom in and out of the map (enlarge to see more details), that will be even better.

We have this on our list!

I frequently ride with one or two riding buddies and send them a print screen of the ride. Now that the map is included, got a yeah great from the one who road yesterday from our ride!
I keep pushing the product but so far they are a bit too tight to buy :=)
I figure eventually the feature creep has to get one of them, it is one of
the things that keeps me addicted

No, hasn't happened yet. But you can export your ride to Google Earth, where you can zoom-in all you want...

Map zoom feature is still being missed!!!
In particular, it would be nice to have the map zoom to a selected section of track.

For map zoom you'll need to use Google Earth. You can select the part of the ride you want to view, then zoom to your heart's content!
