Windows 10 has a security feature, similar to macOS, that keeps "non approved" apps from installing on Windows 10.

Before installing Isaac on Windows 10, make sure you've got Windows 10 set up properly:

1) In Windows 10, click on Settings

2) Click on Apps

3) Select "Anywhere"

After completing these steps you will be able to install Isaac on Windows 10

Ciao, ho problemi a scaricare dati con l'ultima versione di isaac, continua a scaricare e sconnettere il misuratore di potenza che sulla bici funziona bene. Ho provato diversi cavi usb ma non è quello il problema. Grazie.
