Labview software will require an update for Big Sur - about to be released - where do you stand on getting the Labview package updated?

We are waiting for National Instruments, the maker of LabView, to issue an appropriate upgrade.
Also, SiLabs, the maker of the CP210x driver we use, has not upgraded to Big Sur.
Until these companies respond with updated drivers, our hands are completely tied.
If you want Isaac to continue to run on your Mac, DO NOT UPGRADE TO BIG SUR.

This is a copy of a post from Silicon Labs, made today, November 10, regarding the CP210x drivers used by thousands of customers (including us):
"Dear all,
With new version of macOS released which is macOS Big Sur 11.0.x, the latest version of our VCP driver for Macintosh OSX (v5.3.5) now becomes incompatible. The reason for this is because of new driver model change on macOS which you can find more information from links below:
https://developer.apple.com/documentati ... ease-notes
https://developer.apple.com/support/kernel-extensions/
We currently are working to update our driver to fix this issue, although due to testing requirements, we do not expect the new version of driver to be available on our website for now. So please be up to date on our page for VCP drivers below for latest information regarding to the release of the updated VCP driver for macOS Big Sur 11.0.x:
https://www.silabs.com/products/develop ... cp-drivers
Regards,"
SiLabs has been aware of Big Sur for over 1 year now, and they have had a long time to fix the problem. Please do not blame us for the slowness of mega-companies...

I don't think so -
It turns out the component software package is provided by Silicon Labs.
Even though Velocomp does use some of the LabView software to create some of the Isaac application, the driver needed is the CP210x.
If you go to the Silicon Labs site, there is just the message about still testing the software for this driver.
