problem merging files

Hello,

Sorry to bother but I have again a strange problem. Nevertheless I have to saw that 99.9% it works fine.

I have done a ride and I want to add the my heart rate and the route into the isaac software. Therefore I use the following procedure:
1) I download the gpx file of the ride on my strava
2) I use the merge GPS in the menu and I follow the necessary steps. And as told 99.9% it works

I have added the ibr file of my ride
The ride is on strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/7082649978 ( I can't add the gpx file)
At my computer I downloaded the gpx file and added in ridewithgps site without problems, see: https://ridewithgps.com/trips/89359680

If you could help me; that would be great

I don't find a way to extract the gpx file from Strava...

The only thing I see is that Strava says your ride was 63km, but the .ibr ride file says it was 71km. That may make file sync difficult

Hello,

Indeed this was the problem. I did a 8 km ride to get to the group and this wasn't included in the strava file. After merging the 2 gpx files everything went fine. Thanks for the help.
