In the iBike3 software under Profiles/Edit Profiles->Advanced option there is a tilt window with **** in it and a "Get from iBike" button.
What does pressing this button actually do? How does the software determine what the last/current good tilt of the iBike was? and does it actually change the Tilt number determined by the cal ride in the right hand side if it's different? What is the masked field?
I notice that John referenced it when importing profiles in step 8 of this post-> http://www.ibikeforum.com/viewtopic.php ... 1100#p5933
Always wondered...
Thanks
Get Tilt button in Edit Profile->Advanced
Re: Get Tilt button in Edit Profile->Advanced
Well obviously it's a secret. But could it be the answer...
I have a profile that I am super happy with, it has been spot on in comparision with a Powertap. Tonight I noticed that the power was a bit out compared to the DFPM. When looking at the ride file I notice that it is the first five mins that are out, afterwards the iBike corrects the problem and all is good. I realise, being exactly five minutes, that this is the iBike's auto-tilt correction kicking in.
So:
My tilt is obviously out for some reason tonight - very strange, but anyway, would this mysterious button help fix this problem in my profile? (if I was worried about it)
Thanks
