I finally got my road bike and hooked up the IBike to it. Until now I have been using it on a mtb. I did my cal ride and coastdowns, but some of the numbers seem off. I actually did 3 cal rides. The wind scaling on the first 2 was .794 and .798.
On this last one which was done with very little to no wind at all the next day was .690. Also on this last one my CRR seems really low. Could anyone please take a look at it, the file is attached. I also attached the ride file that I did on the way home right after doing the cal. procedure. Thanks
Clint

Re: Is my new road bike profile off??
It's hard to tell from a one way ride because you could have had a tailwind or headwind the entire way.
If you post a ride that started and finished around the same place, on a fairly calm day, it'll be a lot easier to work with.
On that long downhill between mile 10 and 11, were you pedaling? How hard? Do you have a cadence sensor or is it a wired speed sensor?

Re: Is my new road bike profile off??
Thanks coachboyd
There was a point at about where you mentioned where I was going downhill and kind of pushing it hard to catch up to another rider. Never actually got closer to him than 15 yards or so.
As for my cadence and speed sensors, I have a wired unit for the speed sensor and I use my Garmin 305 for cadence.

Re: Is my new road bike profile off??
I took your crr up just a little bit and brought your cda down just a hair to compensate. On the downhill everything looks great, and the wind scaling you had is perfect. I have attached the profile for you here. You should be good to go with great results from here on.
