I'm training with this bike trainer. I'm using it on the hardest mode but not sure what the grade is equivalent to. Is there a way to find out so I know where I'm at as far as fitness?

when i say grade i mean slope...since this was one of the trainers in the ibike software i think there is a way to find out right?
