Just did a fitness test and very happy with the bump in the result. Downloaded the file and it's not the same as it read on the screen. (AVG power) The unit was showing 264-265 avg watts during test. The downloaded file shows avg 268 watts for 20:33 if I cut the excess and just go with the 20:10, it reads 273 w.

The unit calculated my w/kg based on 264w which I'm expecting. Is this a corrupt file?

here is the summary:

If I understand things correctly, a real fit test would be you average over an hour. The ibike's fit takes a 20 minute TT and then calculates what your average would be over an hour. I belive that explain's the discrepancy you are seeing. Or, I'm totally wrong.

It's likely the difference is the post processing in the iBike software. The reality is the difference between them is quite small.
Use 255 watts as your FTP (95% of your 20min result) benchmark for intervals.
