Since the TrainingPeaks WKO software does a very good job of tracking improvements and is widely-used, we have been focusing our efforts on adding other features.

We export to a CSV, which can be imported in to Excel or any other spreadsheet, but we intentionally keep the empirical data pretty light, so that people can go with the pros, like WKO+.
