Is there a difference

I noticed that Performance Bike is selling an iBike for $379, Is this the same thing as what is listed as the iBike Pro at ibikesports.com? It looks to me like I could buy the performance unit and upgrade to wireless by purchasing the wireless heart rate mount and have the wireless with Cadence and heart rate on my primary bike and could have the wired system on my winter bike. Is this correct?
