Connecting ibike using Isaac

I just downloaded the new isaac software. I have a iPro and have not had problems connecting with the previous gen software. I can't seem to connect to the isaac software despite reinstalling the usb drivers. Any other tips?

And if you haven't shipped back your old unit does that connect?

I had some startup difficulty too. I had to unplug the old iBike USB device before I could get to the Newton+ by USB. Not sure if this is the way it is or if I just was not holding my left ear with my right hand properly

You can have only 1 iBike USB device connected at a time.
