Trainer feature question

I have a cyclops magneto trainer. I noticed in the iBike 2 software "set trainer" mode there are 2 separate curves for the magneto (the "almostfast" and the "manf" curves). What is the difference and which one should I use?

The "almostfast" data was the data in the first build of iBike 2.0--the manufacturer data was added in the 2.0.1 build and would be the prefered one to use.
