I just started my coaching program a few weeks ago. My coach has me doing intervals. I suspect that is what the "Lap" feature on the bottom left corner is used for... I tap Lap during my ride to start the interval but I'm not sure if I got it going, because I just see (sometimes) a subtle blink on the Lap icon and that is it. It would be nice to see the time start at zero to tell me the interval has started. I've been counting seconds/minutes lately, but I figured there must be a better way of doing that on iDash. Does anyone have any advice? How do I change my settings to do this function???
Secondly, my coach only looks at power readings on Training Peaks. I can successfully upload my workout using a .tcx file type, but for some reason it does not seem to show my Lap intervals. Again, am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
