Hoping someone can answer this question for me.
I just purchased the iBike Dash (can not afford the power model right now) and was wondering what the structure was for the HR intervals. For the power intervals it gives a good description of the workout structure but for the HR ones it just says Long Tempo (total length 45 minutes). How long is each interval and rest period? I could spend about 8 hours and ride them all, but that is not ideal way to figure out the structure, may be to tired to remember by the time I get home.
