AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I'm trying to set up the Dash and seem to be tripping at the Tilt Calibration step of bike set-up. The iPhone 4 is in the Dash, but when I select "Do tilt calibration" I get a message saying "You must be connected to the iDash to perform this function". I've removed and reinserted the iPhone, still no luck.

Any clues?

Got the story from iBike rep. The unit left the factory without being set up/programmed, so needs to go back.

Tech support was incredibly accessible considering the day after Christmas.
