For some reason I keep getting the "Bad Cal" message every time I do a cal ride.
When I first received the Newton and did the set up I got the "bad cal" error on doing the cal ride but on advice from one of the guys at ibike I did a out and back ride and used Isaac to check the cal and got a wind scaling number of 2.188. I have been using that number for about two months and all seemed OK but after upgrading to the new firmware I noticed that wind numbers seemed off and was constantly seeing wind speeds in the -10 to -20 range. I have since tried 2 new cal rides and got “bad cal” in both. When I check these rides in Isaac using check calibration I get wind scale numbers of 9.512 and 8.785, well out of normal range.
I have attached both of the latest cal rides.
Is it possible this is a faulty unit or am I doing something wrong here.

Re: Bad Cal message
Your wind scaling wants to jump to 8.x!!! That should not be, so do a hard reset, do a wind offset and another cal ride. If the numbers persist you should contact technical support.
