Ibike unit is not responding

I have problem to connect the Newton to my PC and down load ride files. When i try to conect the newton it is not found and a message pops up telling me ithe newton must be connected to com port 1 -64. After disconnecting and connecting several time I get lucky sometimes. When I then try to load ride data from the Newman I get most of the time the message "Ibike unit not responding " but some times the loading process starts until the following message appears Error 6004 occurred at 5 iBike command failure. After that the newton is not detected anymore.
I have downloaded the silicone Lab driver and have tried the Tips that are provided.
Everything worked fine until today
