AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hi,
Just so I'm clear, when you go to check calibration, the original is the profile in the device during the ride, and the estimated is new calculation?
And also, can the check calibration be done on a Cal Ride, or should it be done on a subsequent ride? I've done it on Cal Rides and I'm always a bit miffed that is a change sometimes.

Cal ride should be used on the subsequent ride which should be identical to the cal ride.

Do a cal ride, turn around and do the same ride as an out/back. No need to even start a new ride, Newton does it automatically. Download and check cal.

If you regularly use check cal to check anything and everything you might as well retire as you will be chasing your tail for the rest of your life with no time for anything else.
