I had this software with my last Powermeter (PT Standard) that bit the dust. I updated to the lastest version of it couple days ago and was trying to get my first ride on the iBike Aero into it. I noticed from the drop down list of available devices you can use the iBike Pro was listed but not the iBike aero. Anyway I could not get the unit to download to the software. The iBike 2 software works great with the comm port assigned to it. I did change it to the comm port as the iBike software but nothing happens. It just says it is polling the device for information and later locks up the software.
Anyone else have this problem and does it matter its the "pro" and not the "aero" listed for devices you can use in the software?
Thanks for any info...

Trainpeaks WKO+ Software
Re: Trainpeaks WKO+ Software
I haven't tried a direct download since I switched to the new WKO+ or since I upgraded to the aero, so I can't answer your question directly...
Usually I download my rides into the iBike 2 software, analyze the ride and save it. Then I just open the saved ride with WKO+. It has worked fine for me that way. I prefer to use the iBike 2 software first just to ensure there are no errors in my data.

This is the process that I use also--analyze and correct using iBike 2; drag and drop corrected file on to WKO+.Robert wrote:I haven't tried a direct download since I switched to the new WKO+ or since I upgraded to the aero, so I can't answer your question directly...

Re: Trainpeaks WKO+ Software
Ah, thanks for the tip. Makes more sense doing it that way. Maybe thats way WKo+ locked up because it can not read the data?
