Is there a breakdown of the three modes? Like how long are time wise, what are the intervals.
This is all i can find in the user manual.
"three types of pre-programmed workouts: fat burning, cardio, and strength. You
can select any of these different workouts to help improve your cycling, quickly and
efficiently."
Anyone know how long they last ?
Can the duration be changed.
Thanks
Dave

Re: training modes info
Hi
This link might help, Coachboyd put together a spreadsheet of the workouts:

I'm not sure what model of iBike you have, but if it's an iPro or iAero you can create custom workouts in the iBike3 software using these as a reference (or not).
Hope that helps.

Re: training modes info
The durations are fixed but it's easy to run through a workout set a couple times if you wanted. I remember when I was down in Florida this January I ran through one of the strength workouts twice when I was riding on A1A. In general. most of the workouts are about an hour or so.
I'm currently working on a new project for workouts on the iBike that will be REALLY cool. I am hoping to have that completed in a few weeks, but it might be geared more towards fitness for next season for you guys.
