High watt readings while coasting

I have an iSport and have done many, many cal rides and coast downs, and e-mails to the iBike guys.
I've settled on a cal ride that seems to be good enough in the est fric and est aero numbers.
I believe I have things figured out pretty well. After 800+ miles I think it's consistent and hopefully accurate.
I am leary of the fact that many times the solution to issues discussed here seem to be tweaking settings via download.
With the iSport you cannot do the tweaks, but in my opinion, changing the info manually to get accurate results doesn't make sense.
All that being said I get readings while coasting downhill of 100+ many times. If I tap the brakes I can get it to zero but it will go back up.
On a 8%+ grade I can get readings of 300+ easy.
Tilt is correct
I zero the wind at the start and if the temp goes up.
I've got good cal ride and accurate info entered in set up.
Any thoughts.
