I was downloading a ride when I was prompted with a message about new wireless sigals detected would I like to add them. I pushed Okay and now my iAero will not pick up the sensors. Any ideas?

I think the message was new wireless were detected for your sensors (HR, SPD, CAD). Did you reset a sensor, change a battery, anything along that line?

If something got messed up just go back to WLS setup and switch to find so you can refind your sensors. Then connect to the computer and download. The new codes will be stored and corrected in your profile. At least that's how it should work.

Yes, I changed the speed sensor battery. I paired the sensors and went for a ride. The next day I dumped the previous ride when I got the prompt and now I have lost the sensors.

OK. the way I see it you have a ride with the old sensor unique IDs and a ride with the new sensor unique IDs. So just start over. Erase all your data. Go to setup > WLS CFG. Switch to find for the sensor that you changed the battery in. Now exit with all sensors paired and go for a ride.

When you download that ride, the iB2 software will inform you that you have new sensor IDs and will ask if you want to use them or something like that. Just say yes, and the profile on the computer will get updated with the new IDs.

Do you have the previous sensor serial numbers in your other profiles? Changing a battery shouldn't introduce a new sensor number?

If you keep a record of the sensor numbers, they can be added later (via profile) if they become lost from the ibike unit such as your situation.

I had to switch from my iAero back to my iBike a while ago, I simply uploaded the IAero profile to my iBike. The sensor numbers connected without any delay.

hope this helps,

Alan

That worked! Thank you both.
