GT Firmware Key lost

Yesterday my Newton has stopped sending data to my Garmin after I stopped for a break in the middle of my ride.
Checking the unlock keys in Isaac shows the GT Key is missing.
Tried a hard reset but that didn't help.
I don't have the unlock key file as it was pre-installed on my warranty replacement device
