wrong speed & distance

Hi,
I own my newton since just couple weeks and used a custom interval workout for the 1st time today and my ride came up with a wrong speed and wrong distance. It shows an average speed of 28.8 mph (I wish) and distance of 69.65mi (I wish too) instead of probably 42 miles. Power is obviously inaccurate too (average 736 and max 3914).
I'm attaching the file so if someone can look at it and tell what went wrong I would greatly appreciate as I really have to rely on my ibike data to share with my coach.
