For the initial calibration ride, is it necessary to be flat

Post by tomcon »

For my initial calibration ride, should i be on the flat? Also is it important that it not be "unusual" conditions such as higher wind, etc.?

My house is in the middle of a log hill, and whichever way i go, i will immediately go either up or down. Should i first ride to a flat spot before doing the calibration?

Thanks!

Hills and wind are OK. After 5 minutes your PP will be calibrated!

Cool, thanks. Looking forward to the calibration, and then seeing what watts is all about!
