No wind, at all??

Hi, I'm a newbie user of PowerPod. And I tried first calibration riding yesterday.
Pairing was good, and I did cal. riding from 0w~100w with about 8km/h speed.
And I started 5km out and 5km back riding.(not exactly but almost symmetric.)

But I found,
1. nearly 0w for constant velocity at flat altitude. Even if it's 30km/h or higher.
2. In Isaac program graph, there is no wind speed graph(blue line). And 0.0km/h wind speed for min, Max, Avg in riding summary report.
So, I think the wind speed sensor is dead.

Q1. Am I right that the wind sensor is dead?
Q2. How can I get customer service for this? I'm in South Korea, and I bought it with international post.
