There used to an old Lincoln Continental ad. In the ad a jeweler is riding through the streets of New York. He holds an expensive, uncut diamond in his hand, which he splits into a diamond. He says "Perfect; beautiful!"

Saturday Night Live did a parody of the ad, featuring a rabbi riding in a Lincoln and is performing, shall we say, a delicate ritual on a young male baby.

To quote the punchline from the SNL parody:

"POIFECT! BEAUDIFUL!"
