Can't connect PC to Powerpod

I'm having some issue when trying to connect the PowerPod to the PC. It's been working fine in the past but recently I've been having trouble when connecting the PowerPod via USB, getting 'USB Device Not Recognised' errors when tying to connect. I've tried this on three different PCs and with different cables but always get the same problem.

Any advice on how to solve this would be appreciated.
