Hello... I own a PowerPod V3 that was upgraded to a V5 via software a few years ago.
This past week I've been experiencing several issues:
1.- battery is dying very fast. On Fridya I charged the unit with the regular cable and wall power as I have been doing it in the past. Friday and Saturday rides were ok, but on Sunday it was plain dead. Both rides accounted for around 6 hours. Normally I would be charging the PP every 2 weeks.
2.- Tried to download cycle data using Isaac software. The application connects to PP but when retreiving the files from rides, it disconnects and a power cycle gets in the way. this is happening everytime I try to get the files.
3.- When searching for a firmware update, I get the message that the server is busy and try it later. But it's always bery busy.
4.- Finally, today it didn't seem to be working. I charged the PP last nigh unitl red LED was off. this morning it didn't power up and as of now it's connected to the USB charging.
