Powerpod/powerstroke

I already own a Newton+ with all keys activated and Powerstroke.
If I purchase a Powerpod do I have too buy a Powerstroke software one more time?
Are there any kind of coupon rebate or trade in?
Is there any place in Europe where one can order a Powerpod?
The shipping from US too Europe are very high and Tax are very expensive here.(Denmark particularly)
