I purchased a PowerPod from the website on the 19th May.
The PowerPod was duly dispatched, but it has been showing as 'Departed' from London, Heathrow since last Sunday, with no further movement.
I have tried contacting Velocomp by email, but with no response.
I'm hoping that someone from Velocomp will look into this matter, and find out what is happening to my shipment, otherwise I will have to reluctantly ask PayPal to refund me.
Based on other comments I have read, I think you seriously need to look into using a different carrier for international orders.

We will look into this. It may be that the UK "Parcel Force" is awaiting Duty/VAT payment. You can check this locally.

I've just spoken to Royal Mail Parcel Force, and they have not received the item for delivery.
